The match will be played at the Bahrain National Stadium in Isa Town, and will be Fahad Thani's fifth match in charge of "Al Annabi".
The 39-year-old local coach has made a great start with the team winning his first four matches, including a 3-1 victory over African giants Egypt and a 1-0 win over Thailand in friendlies.
In his first away game with the team, Thani might face some pressure as fans will expect a positive result and more important a positive performance against the Bahrainis who handed them a 1-0 defeat during the group stage of the Gulf Cup last January.
But, with the top two teams in the group, (that also includes Yemen and Malaysia, qualifying directly to the 2015 Asian Cup finals in Australia, Qatar's chances of getting one of these two tickets looks good, even if they failed to get anything out of the game in Isa Town.
However, it will be a good chance to Thani to put his final touches on the squad before the Seoul clash, that can be one of the most important matches in the history of Qatari football, only if they came back with the victory, that will put them closer than ever to their first ever appearance in the FIFA World Cup Finals.
Qatar's 23-man squad for the two clashes is a mix of young and experienced players.
