The Morocco international passed a medical at Aspetar on Thursday and was set to be unveiled as Al Rayyan player in a press conference on Thursday, but the conference was postponed for 24 hours before the news came out that Barrada left the Qatari capital without reaching an agreement with "The Lions".

On Saturday, news from UAE confirmed that Barrada travelled from Doha to Abu Dhabi and signed a deal with Al Jazirah.
