Uruguay coach Óscar Tabárez revealed his final 22-man squad that will face World and European Champions Spain in a friendly match in Doha on February 6th.

The full strength squad included 18 players from the team that won the 2011 Copa America title in Argentina, and 17 from the team that finished fourth in the 2010 FIFA World Cup finals in South Africa.
La Celeste’s power is expected to be their attacking force with a front line that includes Edinson Cavani (Napoli), Luis Suarez (Liverpool) and Diego Forlan (Intenacional).

Another player to watch will be Gaston Ramirez, who is making a name for himself in the English Premier League this season with Southampton. The 22-year-old attacking midfielder scored three goals and made four assists, and his effort in what is left for the season will be crucial in helping the Saints to avoid relegation.
Uruguay never defeated Spain in eight previous meetings between the two sides, and a positive result against “La Roja” in Doha can boost the team’s confidence after their recent poor performances in the 2014 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.

The match will take place at Khalifa International Stadium in the Qatari capital.
Tickets for the game are available at a number of shopping malls in Doha (City Center – Lagoona Mall – Landmark), and can also be purchased online through this link https://buy2.tickethour.com/qfa2-ww/homePage.html.
